Q: Why did you guys decide to start a band?
A: It’s incredibly cliché, but I’ve realized, in our case, it’s absolutely true – because we are rebellious. Not like guys who start fights in parking lots, but like guys that rage and laugh at certain things that we are made to believe are important and “normal” in society.
It was also the only thing we were good at.
A lot of you guys are writing about hearing “Right Now” from Beauty Beat in a SoBe vitamin water commercial – yes, it’s true. You’re not crazy. We did another commercial, but we still love Henry Darger!
We are currently working out the kinks – what a great band! – in our new site… hang in there!
